01 — THE SIGNAL

NeonDrift treats your privacy the way a good driver treats the road — with full attention and zero recklessness. Here's exactly what data flows through this platform.

02 — WHAT WE COLLECT

When you access the platform, our infrastructure may log basic technical signals: browser type, device category, screen resolution, rough session timing, and general navigation patterns. We never ask for your name, email, location, or any identifying information unless you reach out to us directly.

03 — WHY WE COLLECT IT

One reason only: making the experience better. We analyze patterns to fix bugs, tune performance, understand which mechanics feel satisfying, and inform what we build next. This information is never sold to outside parties — that's a hard rule, not a policy footnote.

04 — LOCAL STORAGE

Your best score is saved locally in your browser using standard web storage. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. You can wipe it anytime in your browser's settings — the game will simply reset your personal record.

05 — THIRD PARTIES

We use a minimal set of infrastructure services — hosting, performance monitoring — under contracts that prohibit them from using your data for any other purpose. We don't integrate advertising networks or data brokers.

06 — RETENTION

Server logs are automatically purged after 90 days. If you want earlier deletion, contact us and we'll act quickly.

07 — YOUR CONTROL

You can ask what we have, request corrections, or demand complete removal. Reach out and we'll respond with specifics, not boilerplate.

08 — POLICY UPDATES

If we meaningfully change how we handle data, we'll make it obvious on the platform. Quiet updates aren't our style.
